He is survived by: his spouse Patricia Jean Lewis; his children, Robert W. Teague IV of Bowie, MD, Laura Teague of Los Angelas, CA and Justin Teague of Hawaii; his stepchildren, Ramon Flores, Angelo Flores (Crystal Spires) and Daniel Bockrath; his grandchildren, Cayla Carol Gantz, Amor White Flores and Aries White Flores; his father-in-law Roy Lewis; and his siblings, Vicki Snyder, Mary Baumgardner (Jeff), Bill Osborne, Chuck Osborne, Krista Westfall (Keith) and Michelle Emrick. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
