He is survived by: his wife Melanie (Richardson); his children, Robert Roe (Jenn) of Lima, Shane Roe (Beth) of Sidney, Chad Roe (Penny) of Sidney and Jill Roe (TJ Kloeppel) of Sidney; his sister Bertie Dowell (James Smoot) of Culpepper, VA; and his grandchildren, Trey Roe (Charlotte), Tiffany Foster (Dave), Matthew, Seth Roe, Herschel Hoehne, Sammy, Leona, Shana Roe, Madison Roe (Derek Coverstone), Hayden, Preston Roe, Troy Kloeppel (Hannah) and Trevor Kloeppel. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
