He is survived by: his sons, Michael Perkins of Sidney, Ohio., Manuel Perkins (Pennie) of Sidney, Ohio., Robert L. Perkins, Jr. of Sidney, Ohio. and Matthew Perkins (Dreama) of Sidney, Ohio.; and his grandchildren, Kenna, Karissa Perkins and Mason Perkins.
In leu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family or to Central Bible Ministries in Sidney, Ohio.
