He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kupper and Erma Kupper (Starrett); and his siblings, Donald, Edward Kupper, Marilyn Kloeker, Martha Counts and Betty Hughes.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Mary Kupper. He is also survived by his fifteen nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Holy Angels Church or Wilson Hospice.
