He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Hastings and Thelma Hastings (Pfeiffer); his brother DeVern Hastings; and his former wife Juanita Swiger-Hastings. He is survived by: his sister DiAnn Weaver (Ross); his children, Sheryl Parker (David), Alger, Shawn Hastings of Dunkirk, Bobbi Jo Drumm (Tom) and Kenton; his grandchildren, Gavin Parker, Kaylor Parker (Heather), Haily Brook Conway (Ethan) and Hayden Bradley; and his friend Mary Zimmer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
