He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bever and Ernestine Bever (Ott). He is survived by: his children, Robert E Bever III of Urbana, OH and Heather Bever; and his stepdaughter Carina Waters of Piqua, OH. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
