He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Couchman and Iva Couchman (Pine). He is survived by: his wife Sally Pheneger; his daughters, Heidi Crouse (Keith Crouse) and Robin Hughes (Stan Hughes); his grandchildren, Xander Hughes and Xavier Hughes; and his siblings, Herb Couchman (Kaye) and Jan Couchman.
