With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard L. Reading of Sidney, Ohio, who passed away on February 25, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Reading and Edna Reading (Tucker). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Reading (Moses); his sons, James R. Reading (Dana) of Louisville, KY and Rodney Krites (Rita) of Sidney; his granddaughter Tiffany; and his stepgrandchildren, Jodi Mensching, Danielle Stamper and Klayton Artrip. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Adams Funeral Home (1401 Fair Rd, Sidney, OH 45365). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
