He was predeceased by: his father Charles Hull; and his wife Charlene Frances Hull (Cutcher). He is survived by: his children, Richard L Hull Jr. (Angie Baugher) of Piqua, Tony Hull of Sidney, Angela Peacock (Vernon Jr.) of Sidney and Carrie Reier of Wapakoneta. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren.
