He was predeceased by: his nephew Keshon Hensley of Evansville, Indiana; and his grandparents, Lugene, Cardale Carter of Homer, Louisiana, Hazel Cornett (Hensley) of Sidney, Ohio. and Cass Hensley of Sidney, Ohio..

He is survived by: his parents, Greg Foy (Yalonda) and Diana Carter (Hensley) of Sidney, Ohio.; his stepfather Eugene Carter of Sidney, Ohio; his children, Tasia Terry (Eric) of Sidney, Ohio, Skyler Hensley of Carmi, Illinois, Kyren Curtis of Infield, Illinois, Brielle Hensley of Sidney, Ohio, Serenity Hensley of Sidney, Ohio and Sasha Richards of Carmi, Illinois; his brothers, Lucas Hensley (Lyesa) of Sidney, Ohio and Adam Carter (Heather) of Piqua, Ohio; and his grandmother Mary Foy of Sidney, Ohio. He is also survived by six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews, and several aunts and uncles, and close friends.
