Rheda was loved and cherished by many people including: parents, Louie Belz and Elsie Belz (Williams); brothers, John of Springville and Clarence Belz of Springville; husband Kevin L. Keller of Sidney; and children, Bruce Fitzsimmons (Chris) of Fountain Inn, Robert Fitzsimmons (Beth) of Cape Coral and Sarah Renee Keller (Ruggles) of Toledo. Rheda was also cherished by four grandchildren and one great grandchild.
