She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles L. Price and Arlene Price (Morris); her stepfather James O'Reilly; and her husband Charles Lofty. She is survived by: her siblings, Cheryl Iiams (Tom), Chuck Price (Arlene) and Bill O'Reilly; her sister-in-law Valerie O'Reilly; and her close friends, Kathy Thompson and Jane Pulfer. She is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews; 4 great-nieces and great-nephews.
