He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Kiser and Roma Kiser (Jenkins). He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Kiser Smith of Piqua, Tammy Smith (Steven) of Sidney and Tonia Gates (Andrew) of Sidney; his grandchildren, Hannah Smith, Caleb Smith, Lindsay Morgan, Emily Smith, Taylor Smith, Sarah Smith, Jacob Balta, Ben Gates and Chelsie Whitt; and his siblings, Terry Spain (Su) of Washington, Esther Dyke (James) of New Carlisle and Judy Hemenway (Alan) of Washington. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
