It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randall L. Roe of Sidney, Ohio, who passed away on January 2, 2022, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Roe and Doris Roe (Gentry); his nephew Mathew Finfrock; and his brother Nelson Roe. He is survived by: his sisters, Debbie Phelps (Jim) of Sidney, Violet Harris of Sidney and Barbara Finfrock of Sidney. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
