He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Hammer (Green); and his sister Kimberly Frederick. He is survived by: his father William Tolbert Hammer; his sisters, Jill Tomlin (Todd) of West Carrollton and Teresa Granger (Blair) of Piqua; his nephews, Matt Seiber and T. J. Frederick; and his niece Brianne Balogh.
