He is survived by: his wife Penny Hendrickson; his daughter Sara Hendrickson; his stepdaughters, Brittney Jones (Mikey) and Katelyn Cook (Jacob Cox); his grandchildren, Lilie Hendrickson, Jazmine Hendrickson, Dalton Lusk and Sami Olinghouse; his stepgrandchildren, Michael Jones, Charlotte Jones, Cohen Truesdale and Kalli Truesdale; and his brother Blake Hendrickson.
A graveside service was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (3000 Harding Hwy, Lima, OH 45804).
