He was predeceased by: his parent Ira Puckett; and his brother Joe Puckett. He is survived by: his parent Gladys Puckett (O'Quinn); his spouse Deborah Swiger; his children, Drew Puckett (Shavon), Jenna Puckett (Nick Gariety) of Maplewood, Cale, Jace, Lily Puckett and Riley Spradlin; and his siblings, Dan Puckett of Pemberton and Cathy Lenhart of Cridersville.
