We are sad to announce that on September 16, 2020, at the age of 64, Pamela Doak of Sidney, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Doak and Marilyn Doak (Holly); and her sister Nancy Doak. She is survived by: her siblings, R. Paul Doak (Rebecca) of Piqua, Elizabeth Hamm of Sidney, Rita Gepfrey (Jeff) of Anna and Matthew L. Doak (Jeannie) of Bauxite, Arkansas.. She is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews, 17 great-nieces and nephews, and 3 great-great nieces and nephews.
