She was predeceased by: her siblings, Charles Hudgins, James Hudgins and Julia Miller; and her close friend Carol Byrd Nation. She is survived by: her daughter Angela Foy (Kevin) of Sidney; her grandchildren, Xavier Foy of Sidney, Kanavis "Jack" Foy of Sidney and Codi Smith (Paul) of Columbus; her great grandchildren, Olivia Foy, Thomas Tevis, Savaughn Smith and Cruz Smith; her brothers, Fred W. Hudgins (Lillian) of Piqua, Albert E. Hudgins of London, John Hudgins of Piqua and Joseph L. Hudgins (Jennifer) of Sidney; her sisters-in-law, Debra (Vondenhuevel) of Sidney and Linda Wilson of Sidney; and her close friends, Janet Hampton of California, Portia McCutchins of Sidney, Sylvia Hudson Cloyd of California, Vernice Wilson of Sidney and Vanessa Williams of Sidney. She is also survived by sisters; and a host of nieces and nephews.
