She was predeceased by: her parents, Hanson E Phelps and Emma Jean Phelps (Belden); her husband Elliot Kuehne; and her brothers, Don, Denny and David Phelps.
She is survived by: her children, Roger Brown and Tammy Brown; her stepchildren, John, Les, Tim, Steve and Vivian Kuehne; her sister Merry Unger (Terry) of Piqua; and her friend Ellen Lehman of Sidney. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
