She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Roy Smith and Amy Smith (Armstrong); and her siblings, Thomas of Cattin, John Smith of Troy and Noel Smith of Piqua, Ohio..
She is survived by: her siblings, Jane Harmeson (Richard) of Danville and Steven Smith (Ellen) of Sidney, Ohio.. She is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews along with extended family and dear friends.
Because of Covid-19, a memorial service on Zoom is planned on June 12, 2021 at 2:00 P. M.
