Earick; her daughters, Crystal (Joe Brackney) and Courtney (Allen Kerentsew); her siblings, Tammy Smith of Sidney, OH, Brenda (Bill Thomas), Larry Hall of Sidney, OH and Bill Thomas of Sidney, OH; and her grandchildren, Carter, Charlie, Keinoa, Alexis, Collin and Melody.
