He was predeceased by: his parents, Granville Filburn and Bridgett Filburn (McGowan); his wife JoAnn Filburn (Fisher); his brothers, Kenny Filburn and Joe Filburn; and his brother-in-law Vernon Ruley.
He is survived by: his siblings, John Filburn of Minster, Cecelia Grimm (Gary) of Newport and Bernadette Filburn (Ruley) of Minster. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
