He was predeceased by: his parent Jack Fahnestock. He is survived by: his parent Barbara Fahnestock (Layman); his spouse Lori Johnson; his children, Michelle Brown (Chris) of Covington and Dylan Fahnestock of Sidney; and his brothers, Brant Fahnestock (Deb), Ken Fahnestock (Jill), Wayne Fahnestock (Toni) of Bellefontaine, Kaydee Brown, Jasmine Brown, Gene Johnson and Marilyn Johnson of Sidney. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
