He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Elliott and Rose Ann Elliott (Link); and his sister Shelby Newsom (Chuck). He is survived by: his children, Michael Max Elliott (Karen) of Sidney, Michelle Hipskind (Joe) of Fort Wayne, Mary Paulus (Dan) of Sidney and Mark Elliott (Tracey Koontz) of Sidney; and his sister Barbara Reiss (Rick). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
