She was predeceased by: her parents, Ora Tate and Mary Tate (Click); her son Leon Calhoun, Jr.; and her siblings, Roy Tate, Earnie Tate, Wanda Tate, Bessie Jackson and Melinda Tate.
She is survived by: her husband Leon Calhoun, Sr.; her children, Joanna Calhoun (Clint Shaw) and Jason Calhoun of Jackson Center; her siblings, Ann Schmidt (Dave) of Akron, Leota Muhlenkamp (Jim) of Sidney, Will Tate (Larry Tate) of Kent and Debbie Hicks (Carol Hopkins); her grandchildren, Chelsea Terry (Chris), Brandon Hughes (Erin), Noah Calhoun, Natalie Calhoun (John Nelson), Justin Gates, Candon Calhoun, Jaydon Calhoun, Kaitlyn Glass (Matthew), Avery Howell and Megan Hilyard; and her friend Elaine McClain. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
