She was predeceased by: her parents, John Vanhorn and Jane Vanhorn (King). She is survived by: her stepmother Lisa Vanhorn; her sons, Christopher Payne (Deanna) of Sidney and Eric Payne (Erica) of Wapakoneta; her siblings, Mike Vanhorn (Ann), Tim Vanhorn (Nikki), Steve Vanhorn, Sue Rogers (Tim) and Beth Dunlap (John); and her grandchildren, Haley, Winston, Piper, Jacob, Ivy and Rhett Payne.
