She was predeceased by: her parents, George A. Perry and Cora L. Perry (Sexton); her husband Willard Lewis; her son Randall "Randy" Lewis; her granddaughters, Erica and Myra Lewis; and her brothers, Tom, Ben, William, John and Barney.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Whitehead (Tom) and Michael Lewis (Collette); her grandchildren, Nicole Lewis, Ashley Kelly (Luke), Bryan Whitehead and Katie Lewis; her great grandchildren, Brayden, Shayne, Braxtyn and Hayden; and her siblings, Reba Martin (Jack), Rosa Branham (Cecil), Wilma Whitehead and Robert Perry. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, family, and friends.
