She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Cleveland Goshorn and Carrie Irene Goshorn (Crawford); and her husband Jess L. Fugate. She is survived by: her children, Michael Fugate (Anita) of Lancing, TN., David Fleckenstein (Jennifer) of Anna, Chris Fugate (Deb) of Sidney and Joellen Werner of Lancing, TN.. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and great- great grandchildren.
