He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter S. "Bud" Fergus and Ruth M. Fergus Beemer (Strayer). He is survived by: his wife Lee Claire Fergus (Tomb); his children, Forest "Frankie" Fergus of Sidney, Kellie Hatfield (Jeremy) of Sidney and Richard Fergus (Krystal) of Wapakoneta; his sisters, Loverna Dilbone (Mitch) of Sidney and Martha Kozul (Tim) of Troy; his grandchildren, Frankie Lee, Nicole, Dakota, Aaron, Aryania, Jennifer, Megan, Vincent, Charlie, Kindal, Lowell, Haylie, Gabriel, Damien and Blaine; his great grandchildren, Brianna, Daisy Mae and Athena; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Tomb (Judy) and Lynn Tomb. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
