She is survived by: her parent Willie Evans (Stephens); her spouse Richard Couchot; her daughters, Cindy Phillips (Rick) of Sidney and Dana Carey (Jamie) of Daytona Beach, FL; her grandchildren, Clay Mekelburg, Elli Withrow, Kannon Carey and Jessica Carey; her great grandchildren, Caleb Mekelburg, Aleynah Mekelburg, Mylee Mekelburg, Kai Mekelburg, Carter Withrow and Wren Withrow; and her sister Wanda Shawler of Piqua.
