She is survived by: her children, Gerri Heatherly of Piqua, Jennifer Hernandez of Minster, Johnny Creekmore of Sidney, Douglas Creekmore (Amber Latimer) of Sidney and Brittany Monrreal (Jose) of Greenville; and her siblings, Faye Harness (Darrel) of Sidney, Geraldine Yantis (Larry) of Sidney, Ray Murphy (Connie) of Sidney, Henry Murphy (Betty) of Sidney, Robert Murphy of Sidney and Cindy Stephens (Jessie) of Sidney. She is also survived by five grandkids.
