She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Richards and Ethel Richards (Ater); her husband Dwight O. John; her stepfather Earl Bainer; her sisters, Lucille Bainer and Irene Cavender; and her son-in-law John Adler.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Adler of Van Buren and Gary John (Becky) of Sidney; her grandson Nathan Adler; and her stepgrandson Paul Lee. She is also survived by three step great-grandsons.
