She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Y. Doak and Charla Doak (Holly). She is survived by: her children, Travis Fleming (Tracie) of Sidney, Ryan Fleming (Cindy) of Anna and Caitlynn O'Meara (Craig) of Sidney; and her grandchild Nicholas.
