She is survived by: her father William Tolbert Hammer of Sidney; her son Thomas "TJ" Frederick of New Riegel, OH; her grandchildren, William, Thomas, Ulysses and Ewan Frederick; her siblings, Teresa Granger (Blair), Jill Tomlin (Todd) and Randall Hammer; her nephew Matt Seiber (Diana); her niece Brianne Brock (Stephen); and her friend Judy Depinet.
