He is survived by: his spouse Barbara (Shaffer); his children, Kimberly Patrick (Tom) of Sidney, Jennifer Lewis (Stewart) of Sidney and Steven Abbott (Doris) of Sidney; and his siblings, Ann Shaffer (Don) of Sidney, Lois Roberts (James) of Maysville, KY and Ella Inman (Robert) of Stearns, KY.
