He was predeceased by: his father Lee Roy Goins, Sr.; his father-in-law Arthur "Art" Austin; his grandmothers, Evelyn Sliger and Helen Goins; his uncles, Frank Sliger and Tom Goins; and his aunt Esther Keifer.
He is survived by: his mother Roselma Lou Goins (Sliger); his wife Deb Goins (Austin); his children, Ashley Goins Alderson (Kyle), Kaleb Goins (Makayla) and Tharon Goins; his grandchildren, Ryker Joe, Sadie Marie and Greta Rose; his siblings, Lee Roy Goins, Jr., Deb Fultz (Cathcart) and Brent Goins (Helen); his mother-in-law Gail Austin; his siblings-in-law, Jamie Austin (Barb), Darrell Austin (Barb), Lori Edwards (Jim) and Stephanie Austin; his uncles, Wes Keifer, Richard Sliger (Betty) and Paul Goins (Vivian); his aunt Alice Goins; his cousin Melanie Walker (Rick); his daughters, Amyla and Zoey Cathcart; and his brother Hiro Imura. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
