It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Catherine Breisch of Sidney, Ohio, born in Allentown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 18, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Austin DeWalt and Dolly DeWalt (Brennan); her husband Ralph Breisch, Jr.; and her sister Melba Toigo. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Jochems (Peter) of Windsor, CO, Ralph Breisch, III of Smyrna, GA and Scott Breisch (Amy) of Troy; her sister Donna Vaccaro (Jim) of Midland, MI; her grandchildren, Taylor, Tori, Tyler, Caitlin, Emily, Kerri and Ian; and her great grandchildren, Samantha, Anderson, Beaux, Olivia and Davis.
