We bid farewell to Joy A. Baker (Sidney, Ohio), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 27, 2025 at the age of 92. Joy touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Stengel (Cap) and Grace Fogt Stengel; her friend Evelyn Apple; and her sister Evelyn. She is survived by: her husband Bill E Baker; her sons, Bruce E Baker of Middlebury, VT and Daniel K Baker; her brothers, Howard Stengel and Ralph Stengel; her grandsons, Patrick Dunn-Baker of Encinitas, CA and Quincy Michael Dunn-Baker of Glen Spey, NY.; and also Jeff Kast.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (302 S Main Ave, Sidney, OH 45365). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
