Bruggeman and Sandy Bruggeman (Grimm); his fiancée Flora Carnes (Williams); his children, Tyler Thomas of Celina, Joshua T. Bruggeman of Celina, Samantha Bruggeman of Minster, James M. Carnes of Sidney and Trinity Bruggeman of Sidney; his grandson Ryan Thomas of Celina; his brothers, Matt Bruggeman (Elizabeth) of Celina and Scott Bruggeman (Julie) of Celina; and his stepfather Charles J. Bruggeman of Celina. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
