He was predeceased by: his spouse Tava A. Morrison; his sister Angela Dulin; and his grandfathers, Richard Evans and Johnny Dulin. He is survived by: his parents, Rick Dulin and Cathy Dulin (Evans) of Sidney; his children, Aubree Dulin of Sidney, Joseph Dulin Jr. of Sidney and Corbin Dulin of Sidney; his grandmothers, Erma Evans of Sidney and Thelma Dulin of Troy; and his brother Jason Dulin. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
