He was predeceased by: his parents, Christopher James and Carolyn Spangler (Maurer); his sister Carolyn Grossman; his parents-in-law, Ira and Esther Hullinger; his siblings, James C. Spangler, Henry Spangler (Hank) and Margie Richards (Roger); and his brothers-in-law, Tom Grossman and Thomas Hullinger.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Hullinger; his grandchildren, Blaine Coffey (Allison), Justin Watren (Julie), Tyler Jones, Jennifer Rodrigez (Dylan), Brandie Hoekzema (Jonathan), Leah Sanders (Darrien), Zachary Watren, Hannah Yancey (Johnathan) and Josiah Coffey; his brothers, Phil Spangler (Sue), Don Spangler (Judy), Darrell Spangler (Faye), Ed Spangler and Dan Spangler (Susan); and his sisters-in-law, Ida Spangler, Sandra Klingler (Gary) and Janice Hullinger. He is also survived by children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Due to covid 19, there will be a celebration of life at a later date for friends and extended family.
In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alzheimer's Association or Hospice of Miami County.
