He was predeceased by: his father Harold H. Horn; his sons, Jamen Horn and Jon Scott Horn; the mother of his children Connie Horn; his sisters, Merry Lu Pusey and Nancy Stringer; and his siblings-in-law, Jim, Carol Harshbarger, Ed Larger, Joe Harshbarger and Dan Pitts.
He is survived by: his wife Rosalee; his daughter Johnna Horn of California; his daughter-in-law Loni Horn; his stepchildren, Laura, Andy Burton, Aaron and Kelly Fogt; his grandchildren, Dani, John Willis, Ashley, Ricky Burris, Shelby Smith, Jake Horn, Nick Burton, Connor and Peyton Burton; his great grandchildren, Colton, Tucker, Millie Willis, Rylee and Addisyn Burris; his sister Marge (Max Younce); and his siblings-in-law, Ron Pusey, Rachel Larger, Roberta Pitts, Ruby, Bob Sibert and Teckla Harshbarger.
