He is survived by: his spouse Kelley Jo Orvik; his children, Austin Michael Ham of Indianapolis, IN, Alexander Joseph Ham, Sarah Kathleen Ham (Shelby Michelle Ham) and Sidney; his granddaughter Addison; his stepgrandchildren, Madilynn, Kora and Easton; his stepmother Lula Murray Ham of Indianapolis; his stepchildren, Taylor Paige Beckner (Tyler), Makenzie Rose Smith (Ryan) and Bethany Michelle Smith; his siblings, Daniel Ham (Shila), Johnetta Miller (Tom), Kristin McCord (Jeff), Stephen Klutey (Kim) and Stephanie Roberts (Bill); and his pets, Bella and Reggie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
