He was predeceased by: his wife Inez Leona Phillips; and his son Daryl Phillips. He is survived by: his daughters, Nancy (John Frohne) and Barbara (William Pennock); his granddaughters, Amanda (Logan Terrell), Ashley Frohne, Anna Frohne and Addy Frohne; his great grandchildren, Ava, Eli, Londyn and Layla; his brother Glen; and his sister-in-law Vanis Phillips of Sidney. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
