She was predeceased by: her parents, William Fultz and Louise Fultz (Cartwright); her husband Paul Greer; her brother Bill; her sister-in-law Teresa Fultz; and her brother Jim Fultz.
She is survived by: her children, John Greer (Sandra) of Masontown, WV, Jill Gunson of Delaware and Barb Greer of Masontown, WV; her grandchildren, Ben Greer (Laura), Laurel Greer, Logan Loughry and Taylor Loughry; her great grandchildren, Jaxton, Kacen, Kyren and Boden; her siblings, Diane Hubbell (Steve) of Sidney, John Fultz (Sharon) of Sidney and Dave Fultz (Kathy) of Sidney; and her sister-in-law Sue Fultz of Sidney.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Fair Haven Shelby County Home or Wilson Health Hospice in Joan's memory.
