She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Meyer and Cecelia Meyer (Prenger); her husband Kirby Boltz; her siblings, Elmer Meyer, Helen Gusching and Marjorie Meyer; and her siblings-in-law, Norma Meyer, Nagle Gusching and George Perkovich.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Karyn Boltz of Powell, Dr. Kevin Walker Boltz of San Diego, CA and Manila; and her sisters-in-law, Florine Perkovich of Charlottesville, VA and Joaquine Jones of Seattle, WA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Holy Angels Soup Kitchen or Holy Angels St. Vincent de Paul Conference or Mercy Mission House in Joan's memory.
