Jill A. Polhamus Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jill A. Polhamus of Sidney, Ohio, who passed away on March 16, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Moyer and Martha Moyer (Stewart); her son Thomas Polhamus, Jr.; and her brother Ted Moyer. She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Amy Polhamus of Mission, TX; her siblings, Thomas D. Moyer of Piqua, OH and Margie (Mike); her grandsons, Thomas Polhamus, III of Jackson, MO and Steven Polhamus of Jackson, MO; and her great grandchildren, Dominic, Trevor, Justin and Bryce.
