He is survived by: his wife Lucinda Stephens (Murphy); his grandchildren, Jeremy Stephens (Jamie) of Kettlersville, Robert Murphy (Mary) of Sidney, Michelle Compton (Paul) of Piqua and Tammy Little (Terry) of Versailles; his great grandchildren, Courtney Compton, Anthony Hamblin, Timothy Hamblin, Eliza Rose Stephens, Jessie James Stephens, Nathanial Stephens, Gabrielle Davis (Hunter), Levi Murphy, Travis Murphy, Dylan Little (Leslie) and Samantha Hurst (Cody); his siblings, Roger Stephens of Burnside, Faye Goff of Pemberton, Steve Young (Diana) of Sidney, James Stephens (Rita) of Sidney and Mikel Stephens of Sidney; and his sister-in-law Vicki Stephens of Sidney.
