He is survived by: his close friend Linda Meyer of New Bremen; his grandchildren, Justin, Doug, Megan Gigandet, Lauren, Josh, Jack Spaugy, Abigail and Veronica DeLong; and his siblings, Marge Latimer, Jane Bowman (Michael) of Sidney, Thomas DeLong (Jean) of Oakwood, OH., John DeLong (Carol) of Charlotte, NC. and Michael DeLong (Tasha) of Charlotte, NC..
